A Family Tradition

The Johnson/Rich family has been plumbing on the island since before any of us can remember—4 generations to be exact.

Starting with Jon’s great grandfather, William Johnson, who passed it to his son Sherman, who passed it to his son Stephen, who passed it to his wife Beverly, who ran Chebeague Plumbing for over 30 years. 

In 1994, Jon joined the company, and due to rising demand, branched off to start Rich Plumbing in 2007. After years of working together across the island, Chebeague Plumbing decided to call it a day. Jon has handled services island wide since then.
